Your Coaching Progression with Gold
Your 1–1 coaching follows a structured tier system designed to guide your development step-by-step. Progression is based on understanding, consistency, and application using demo trading and journal data.
TIER 1
Foundations & Structure
Your journey begins with a personalised onboarding call where we assess your current trading level and define a clear learning path. You gain access to the FXC Framework to guide consistent charting and decision-making, along with the proprietary journal to track your development.
You progress through this tier by demonstrating correct strategy understanding and execution on a demo environment, using an internal learning benchmark of around 55% win-rate consistency as a reference for structure and discipline.
TIER 2
Personal Trading Plan
Your coaching shifts toward building a trading plan designed around your own data, strengths, and behavioural tendencies. Together, you refine scenario planning, discipline, and consistency across different market conditions.
Progression in this tier uses a higher demo benchmark (around 75% consistency) as an educational guideline to confirm clarity, repeatability, and correct application. This tier focuses on ownership, consistency, and confidence in your trading process.
TIER 3
Trade Management
At this stage, you work closely with Seb, our head trader, to refine trade management and execution quality. The focus is on stop-loss placement, take-profit logic, and disciplined decision-making during trades.
When your plan and execution demonstrate consistent understanding and correct application over time, Seb will recognise your readiness to complete this stage of the programme and award the FXC coaching diploma, a mark of achievement and mastery of the structured trading process.
MASTERY
Ongoing Development
Having completed the tier system, you are able to apply your personalised trading plan independently, review your performance with clarity, and adapt intelligently as market conditions evolve. You understand your strengths, tendencies, and decision patterns, allowing you to refine your approach with confidence.
