Your billing date is based on the day you initially signed up for your membership.

To change your billing date, you’ll need to cancel your subscription and then subscribe again on the date you want to be billed on.

1. Log in to your FXC Academy account: Go to the Subscriptions section and click on View next to the relevant subscription.

2. Attempt the payment again: Try processing the payment again by clicking on Pay at the bottom. This will trigger a new transaction.
